The service officer presents material and stimulates discussion amongst the group.
The main objectives are to cover the new material - including 8-10 files of the most recent demand pressures - and to identify dangers and opportunities for the client within the areas covered.
Service officers are available to discuss the latest developments.
Important new information is passed on, as it becomes available, by email, phone, fax or mail.
Additionally, service officers endeavour to locate material of specific client interest in Williams Inference files, on an ad hoc basis.
